Sarah - An expert in Irish oysters, will guide you through a tasting experience of oysters from different bays in Ireland, teaching you how to shuck, serve and savor some of the best oysters the country has to offer.

Adrienne - Founder Brewer of the West Kerry Brewery will provide a pairing
selection of her finest beers, which are made on site with our own well water, Irish barley, fresh yeast and hops.
