What do we do?


Oysome is all about celebrating Irish oysters and enhancing them with perfectly balanced accompaniments. Our accompaniments are always made using seasonal produce and we buy from organic Irish producers where possible.

Who are we?


Oysome was founded by Sarah Browne in 2023. Sarah is a qualified chef and Irish oyster expert, whose passion for oysters began when she was selected as one of BIM's Taste the Atlantic Young Chef Ambassadors in 2021. Sarah has learned first hand how to shuck and serve to the highest standard from exceptional oyster farmers around the country. In addition to this, she is undertaking training in oyster appreciation as a member of the Oyster Master Guild. 

Workshops


You can hire Oysome to host a hands on oyster shucking & serving workshop. Workshops cost €30/person with all materials provided by us. These workshops are limited to 15 people.

Event Catering


Oysome provides perfectly shucked oysters for events across the country. We select only the best purified Irish oysters and pair them up with bespoke, perfectly balanced accompaniments. Our accompaniments are handcrafted using seasonal Irish ingredients - making each event unique.
