Oysome Pop-up at Aniar

Join us for a beautifully curated oyster tasting experience at Aniar Restaurant.

The Oysome team will serve five of Ireland's premium oysters paired with botanically inspired accompaniments. This exclusive pop-up will take place in the beautiful setting of Aniar Restaurant on Dominic st. In four long-table style sittings on Sunday the 24th of September, Sarah will guide guests through each course, beginning with a dainty flaggy and finishing with a deep and briny native. Each course will be paired with a palette cleansing kombucha or spritz, made from scratch by the Oysome team.

Guests can expect home-made brown bread and butter, 5 oysters from 4 farms around Galway paired up with fantastic ingredients from around the area, kombucha pairings and a drink in MP Walsh's next door included in the price.

Guests will be guided through the tasting experience by Sarah, who has curated this menu to feature hand foraged ingredients and small producers.

Each sitting is limited to 18 guests and will last approximately 1.5 hours.

After you've enjoyed your wonderful Kelly Native, we invite you to head next door to M.P. Walsh. Here you can choose from either a perfectly poured pint of Guinness or M.P. Walsh's signature whiskey- a single grain, double barrel Irish whiskey.

Conversation and craic encouraged, this is a celebration after all!
